Move out sale: Core PHP Programming by Leon Atkinson

Core PHP Programming by Leon Atkinson

This is the first book on programming I bought, didn’t use it much though as shortly after I bought another one which is easier for me to understand. I guess this one is for more advanced programmers.
More information:
769 pages. Published in 2001.

I bought this for: S$42.18. Now I’m selling for: S$10.

Move out sale: Ziglar On Selling by Zig Ziglar [SOLD]

Ziglar On Selling by Zig Ziglar

A great book by a great sales professional. After reading this, my sales increased by 400% (from previous month’s one sale to following month’s four sales… just kidding)

This book is not just for people who are in sales profession. In my opinion, people who hate selling all the more should read it. Whatever we do in life, in one way or another is a form of selling. From applying for a job to getting your colleague to watch a movie with you. Some may say “that’s persuasion”, but isn’t persuasion part of selling after all?

More information:
382 pages. Published in 2000.

I bought this for: S$9.90. Now I’m selling I sold it for: S$3.

Move out sale: The Bumper Book of Rude & Politically Incorrect Jokes by Allan Pease

The Bumper Book of Rude & Politically Incorrect Jokes

By the author who wrote “Why Men Don’t Listen & Women Can’t Read Maps”. It’s a massive collection of jokes. I bought it hoping it’ll help my Toastmasters Club speech projects, then I realized I should have paid attention at the title of the book…

More information:
615 pages. Published in 2004. Autographed by author.

I bought this for: S$19.60. Now I’m selling for: S$10.

Move out sale: Power PR by Dennis Cole Hill [GONE]

Power PR by Dennis Cole Hill

Got this book from gift exchange in one of the Christmas, I was actually hoping for a Volkswagen. Anyway, since I did not pay a dime for this, I’m giving it away for free.

(Wait a minute, the gift I gave away cost me 10 bucks!)

More information:
118 pages. Published in 1992.

I bought this for: S$0. Now I’m giving it away to the first person who responses to this blog entry (use the “Post a comment” form below lah).

Move out sale: Body Fat Monitor

Omron Body Fat Monitor

You probably wonder why the heck would I have this thing. No I didn’t use this to make websites. This device measures and tells you your body fat percentage. Guys, next time your wife/girlfriend asks you again if she’s fat, don’t talk, tell her to use this, you’ll be safe (hopefully the device will survive too…)

I bought this for: S$100. Now I’m selling for: S$20.

Move out sale: Folders/File Pockets [GONE]

Folders/File Pockets

There really isn’t much to write about these kind of stuff. Oh, they are all in A4 size, by the way.
I bought this for: (can’t remember, a few million dollars may be). Now I’m giving them away to the first person who responses to this blog entry (use the “Post a comment” form below lah).

Move out sale: Logitech Mouse (PS2)

Logitech Mouse (PS2)

This mouse doesn’t know how to prepare ratatouille, but it’s free, so stop complaining.

I bought this for: S$10. Now I’m selling for: S$0 (first come first serve – Singapore only).

Move out sale: PCI ADSL Broadband Router

PCI ADSL Broadband Router PCI ADSL Broadband Router: Ports

This works well with Singnet’s ADSL broadband connection. It let’s you share your broadband connection to up to 4 computers, while the other end connects to your ADSL modem, all via ethernet cables (RJ-45). This is not a WiFi router. I know it’s a little old school, but if your desktop is just sitting right next to your modem, you’ll probably find this (70mbps) better than getting a WiFi router (54mbps).

I bought this for: S$70. Now I’m selling for: S$20.
